Classic Military Vehicles, Inc. is committed to working hard to satisfy our customers.  If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from Classic Military Vehicles, Inc. you may return it for a refund or exchange within 15 calendar days of when you received the item.  Before making any returns, please contact us for a RA#.  Returned items must be received by us within 15 calendar days of receiving the purchased item.  Item must be returned in unused and unaltered condition.  Item must be returned in the same condition as received.   NO refund will be given on items that have been installed such as gaskets, seals, etc. No refunds on electrical parts. Classic Military Vehicles will refund the total amount paid for the item minus the shipping cost.  Items purchased with free shipping will be charged the shipping cost upon return of the item.  Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Orders that are cancelled before they are shipped will be refunded less bank fees charged to us at the time the order was placed (credit card fees, paypal, fees, etc.).  All return items must be returned freight prepaid with a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice attached.  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.  Refunds are processed within 30 days of our receiving the return item.  Classic Military Vehicles, Inc. will not accept returns or issue a refund on items that are not returned within 15 calendar days of receipt or on items that are returned without an RA#.
