Willys L134 Manifold Washer, Set of 2.  $6.50.

MANIFOLD WASHER SET (2) FOR WILLYS L134 FLAT HEAD JEEP ENGINE

This item is a set of 2 special washers for the intake / exhaust manifold on the Willys L134 flat head jeep engine.  These are the washers that live over the 2 manifold mounting studs where the intake and exhaust manifolds come together.  

It is amazing how often these special washers are missing.  These washers are extra thick, much thicker than a standrd washer which would bend if used.  The stock L134 only used two of these washers, one on each stud, where the intake and exhaust come together and mount to the same stud.  You can use these on all of the manifold studs, but they are only required on the two studs that share both manifolds.  

We had these speical made to the same size as many orignal ones that we have removed during our in house engine rebuilding.  Interestingly, we have actually seen these washers on original engines in various thicknesses but these listed washers match what we believe is the most common sized used by Willys during the building of the L134 engines througout the 1940s and 1950s.

Listing is for a lot of two washers.  Buy as many as you need.  The photo with a bunch of washers is for example purposes only.  We also posted a few pictues of L134 manifolds (not included) to show where this washer lives when mounted.
