This item is a very high quality new production rear seat hook for the Willys M38 (not M38A1).  Set of two hooks.  

These hooks mount to the tailgate and hold the rear seat in place.  These hooks also are necessary to stow the seat in the folded up position.  These hooks are correct to original and have the step between the two mounting holes. 

Not correct for the Willys MB, M38A1, or Ford GPW.  These hooks are unique to the Willys M38 and will not fit any other vehicle correctly.

Unpainted.
