This item is an ID data plate tag from a Carter WO 539S carburetor.  Quantity 1.  This tag is correct for the WWII Carter WO carburetor used on the Willys MB and Ford GPW army jeeps.  This tag is used, showing some minor markings from the screw that held it in place.  May also be slightly out of shape or dirty or greasy.  May have light scratches.  These are used, not new.
